This mama first contacted me for her session back in October. After the storms of the century, mass flooding in the area, and multiple reschedules, we finally had their session. The stars aligned, the weather was beautiful, and this family...well, PERFECTION. <3

Meet Quinn. At 10 days old, he was the best little sleeper for his session! Mama was doubtful, since he had eaten nonstop during the night, but when I arrived he knew it was time to get to work! :) It was so nice getting to catch up with Quinn's family (mom and I went to high school together!) while also getting some baby snuggles.

I love capturing all the tiny details. Look at his lashes!

And of course, when Grandma and Grandpa stop by, we have to grab a shot or two!

Shooting in the sprawling California hills has always been a photographer's dream of mine. Lucky for me, I have some pretty amazing clients and friends, who although have moved out of the area, still call me once in a while for a shoot. And of course I'm down for the drive, especially when this is their backyard view. We braved the cold and wind (ok, and scaled a couple of fences) for a perfect December morning shoot.

Seriously though, isn't this view incredible?

Want to book a session at a special out-of-town location? Ask me about my very limited travel sessions!

There is something magical in the mundane, something wonderful in the ordinary. Capture the everyday details of your family with a lifestyle session.

These sessions are more laid-back in nature, and aim to capture your family as they are in a typical day. It is my goal to catch a moment, real emotion, and your family’s story. Let’s have breakfast...play a game...or snuggle on the bed. Lifestyle sessions are about capturing your life. Because as crazy and chaotic as life gets, there is something authentically beautiful in every moment.

Graduating soon? Let's highlight YOU in your senior session! I love customizing your session with multiple locations and outfits. Here are a few recent favorites.
